The scientific symposium, “Independent Tajikistan: Connector of the Aryan Civilization,” brought together bright minds and cultural figures to celebrate a historic milestone. The event commenced with an opening address by Qobiljon Khushvakhtzoda, President of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, paving the way for a keynote speech by the President of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon.
In his opening remarks, President Rahmon congratulated all attendees on the momentous 35th anniversary of the Republic of Tajikistan’s state independence. He extended a warm welcome to the visiting scholars, researchers, artists, and active members of the “Payvand” Association. Emphasizing the country’s deep cultural roots, he described a free and independent Tajikistan as the “home of hope” for all Tajiks and Persian speakers worldwide.
Furthermore, President Rahmon highlighted the crucial role of the International “Payvand” Association. He praised it as a remarkable achievement of Tajikistan’s independence era, noting how it has flourished over the years into a vital, unifying platform for Tajiks and the global Persian-speaking community.\
